QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions.

Do you act for buyers or sellers?

Both, as well as governments. Experience on every side of a transaction is what makes our advice so robust. We never act for both parties in the same deal.

Can you name past transactions?

Much of our transaction work is covered by non-disclosure agreements. We are happy to name organisations we have worked with, and we keep the details of their engagements private, just as we would for you.

How quickly can you start?

Diligence teams can usually mobilise within a week of an agreed scope and NDA. Red-flag reports can be delivered in as little as two weeks.
