02.3 · BUSINESS RISK, GOVERNANCE & PROCESS

Governance that strengthens your organisation.

We map how work really flows, redesign it and write the policies, delegations and manuals that make good practice the natural way of working. Our clients see faster processes, fewer audit findings and a governance structure their board can rely on.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions.

Will this slow our people down?

It should do the opposite. Most processes we redesign get faster, because removing unnecessary approvals and hand-offs is part of the work.

Can you help us respond to audit or regulator findings?

Yes. Many engagements start with a management letter or inspection report. We address the findings and fix the root cause so they do not recur.

Do you provide internal audit?

We design frameworks and test controls. Where independence allows, we can also provide co-sourced internal audit support.
